For the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), refusing the registration of the cross-objection is set aside and the cross-objection is restored to file, however, on a condition that the respondents/ cross-objectors shall remove the office objections till 13.02.2015. In case the respondents/cross-objectors fail to remove the office objections within stipulated time, the cross-objection shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. Misc.
