It would not be possible to entertain the submissions on merits since the earlier application for bail was withdrawn when this Court expressed its inclination to dismiss the same.

The submission that there is no progress in the trial too cannot be entertained since vide order dated 10-2-2020, this Court directed that the trial be concluded within one and half years from the date of the order. The trial Court has sufficient time to conclude the trial and in any event, the prevailing situation is extra ordinary.

The application is dismissed with liberty to move afresh, if the trial is not concluded within the period mandated by this Court.
