By this application for speaking to minutes, the petitioner contends that during the pendency of the petition, the Government Polytechnic, Achalpur (Respondent no.6), which was being run by the respondent no.4, was subsequently transferred to the State Government. Therefore, in para 3 of operative order, direction needs to be given to respondent no.2 instead of respondent no.4. In that view of the matter, in para 3 of operative order, in the place of '

respondent no.4' be substituted by '

respondent no.2'
