Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 5, we deem it appropriate to allow the application as prayed.

The application is allowed as prayed. The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within two weeks from today and supply the amended copy of the petition to the respondents within two weeks thereafter.
