DATE : JULY 01 , 2016.

Heard. Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned counsel for the non-applicants oppose the prayer, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed. M.C.A. ST. NO.9072/2016.

No ground has been made out for reviewing the judgment dated 17.12.2015 in Writ Petition No.6199 of 2015. The miscellaneous civil application stands rejected. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks for keeping the order that is sought to be reviewed in abeyance for a period of four weeks.

The request is extremely unjust and unreasonable. The order that is sought to be reviewed is passed more than six months earlier and the judgment was not stayed even at that time. The prayer is, therefore, rejected.
