By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation / modification in the condition imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail.

This Court vide order dated 03.12.2019 released the applicant on bail and directed him to attend the Police Station Ramnagar, Gondia thrice a week on every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and shall be with the Investigating Officer between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet. 4.
Now, the charge-sheet is filed, considering the same, the attendance of the present applicant trice in a week is not required. However, considering
(2) 904.appp.696.2034 the gravity of the offence, the purpose will be served if the applicant is directed to attend the Police Station once in a month pending trial. In view of that, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on first Saturday of every month between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till culmination of the trial.
(ii) The condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2019 stands modified accordingly.
