The petitioners seek a direction to be issued to first respondent to handover charge of the second respondent - Cooperative Society in terms of the order dated 16.06.2022 that has been passed by the first respondent. In the afÏdavitin-reply filed by the second respondent it has been stated as under :

"5. It is respectfully submitted that there is no audit of the respondent no.2 society since year 2018-19 till date and therefore in view of the order dated 06/07/2023, the charge of the society can be handed over to the petitioners/Board of Administrators only after completion of audit."

In view of aforesaid by accepting the said statement made on behalf of the respondent No.2, it is directed that on completion of audit, the charge of the society be handed over TAMBE

50 WP-2840-2023 to the Board of Administrators in accordance with law. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
