D ATE : JUNE 14 , 202 By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to take steps to demolish the alleged illegal construction said to be raised by respondent No.6.

2] Shri Mehadia, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has tendered a copy of notice dated 6/6/2023 issued under Section 53(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to respondent No.6. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. 3] In view of the aforesaid notice, the purpose of filing the present Writ Petition seeking direction to initiate action against the alleged illegal construction is served. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. The parties are at liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law in case their grievance survives.
