This petition is filed seeking direction to the Tahsildar to issue certified copy of 7/12 extract.

We are not inclined to issue such direction in writ jurisdiction. If the Authorities are failing to perform their duties, the Petitioner has remedy to make a grievance to the superior. Furthermore, the Petitioner has remedies under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
