By order dated 23.2.2015 the applicant Nos.1 to 4 / respondents were permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation subject to furnishing undertaking In the present application it is stated that due to strained relations between the parties, the respective amounts be permitted to be withdrawn individually by the said applicants / respondents. Considering earlier order dated 23.2.2015, each applicant is permitted to withdraw 1⁄4 of the amount that has been deposited subject to each applicant filing his separate undertaking.

The applicant Nos.1 to 4 / respondents be issued separate cheques for the amount to which they are entitled. The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
