The present application was moved for temporary bail to attend the marriage ceremony of the daughter which was solemnized on 25/05/2022. This Court vide order dated 24/05/2022 permitted the applicant to attend the marriage for two days i.e. 25/05/2022 and 26/05/2022. As such, because the purpose of filing the present application is fulfilled, it has become infructuous.
