By this application, the appellant/applicant seeks permission to deposit the balance decreetal amount as per judgment and order of this Court dated 27.04.2023. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court within a period of seven days from today.

Registry is directed to accept the same.

On oral motion, respondents seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Since there is no objection on behalf of the appellant, leave is granted. The respondents are hereby permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount subject to satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial).
