This is an application seeking amendment of the writ petition in order to place on record certain facts along with relevant documents, as also amendment in the prayer clause.

Since the writ petition is at pre-admission stage, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the amendment is allowed.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out by the 6th July, 2021. WRIT PETITION NO. 2305 OF 2021 Heard Mr. Khapre, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. Masood Shareef, Advocate for the petitioner.

It is made clear that the parties shall be heard on the question of interim relief on the returnable date.

The learned Senior Counsel submits that there is extreme urgency in the matter and there is possibility that the situation at the ground level may be irreversibly changed, if the matter is not heard immediately.
