If any amount towards wages of applicants is paid by respondent no.1 Bank to respondent no.2, respondent nos. 2 and 3 have to pay it to the applicants as per law. If no amount is so deposited, respondent no.1 has to pay it to respective applicants. 3.

Accordingly we direct the concerned respondent to clear the arrears of applicants within a period of two weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
