This Court, while granting bail, directed the applicants to deposit Rs.3,00,00,000/- within four months from the date of the order i.d. from 13-12-2019. The period came to be extended by this Court vide orders dated 30-3-2020, 26-5-2020 and 16-7-2020. 3.

The applicant has deposited Rs.2,35,00,000/-. The submission is that the remaining amount of Rs.65,00,000/- could not be arranged due to the depressed market conditions and the prevailing situation due to the pandemic. According the applicants, the money is to be arranged by alienating their landed property. The applicants are seeking further time of four

2 appp729.20 months to deposit the amount of Rs.65,00,000/-. 4.

In view of the reasons stated and particularly, the extra ordinary situation prevailing, the time is extended by four months, as a last chance.
