The grievance of the petitioners is only confined to indecisiveness of respondent No.3 on the three applications filed by the petitioners. According to us, it can be resolved by issuing necessary directions.

4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The respondent No.3 is directed to decide the applications dated 15.09.2016, 17.09.2016 and 30.07.2020, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. 5.
