The parties to the litigation along with their respective Advocates are present before the Court.

Both the learned Advocates are ad-idem that the matter has been settled before the Mediator. The mediation report along with the deed of settlement has been filed on record. The same is marked collectively as "X" for the purpose of identification. The deed of settlement bears the signatures of all the parties and their Advocates, as also of the Mediator.

I have interacted with the parties. Both the parties are adidem that the terms of settlement have been arrived at after taking into account all the necessities and consequences of the pending litigations, as also the welfare of the child. Accordingly, the learned counsel have made a request to dispose of the Revision Application in terms of the deed of settlement.

The Revision is accordingly stands disposed of in terms of deed of settlement marked "X". The parties to act accordingly. 5.

The Family Court may consider waiving of the cooling period of six months in view of the attending circumstances mentioned in the deed of settlement.
