2) Considering the nature of issue canvassed in the petition, Mr.Anand Parchure, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 informs that the petitioner can appear before the Vice Chancellor i.e. respondent No.1 on 09/05/2024 at 11.00a.m. Learned counsel Mr.Parchure on instructions further states that by 15/05/2024 the decision taken by the Vice Chancellor shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3) In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is not pressed, as such, it is disposed of.

4) The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach afresh in case order is adverse against him.
