This is an application filed by respondent nos.1, 2a and 2b seeking withdrawal of amount in equal proportion. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court by order dated 7.10.2016 had dismissed the appeal preferred by MIDC and permitted the respondents to withdraw the amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, on depositing the court fees. In the circumstances, the applicants have prayed that they may be given balance amount of compensation in equal proportion. The appellant-MIDC and the learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 have no objection for the same.

It is reported that the deficit court fee is already deposited. Hence the following order:

23.04.CAF.1726.19 The respondent nos.1, 2a and 2b are allowed to withdraw the balance amount along with interest accrued thereon, in two equal proportion.

Registrar (Judl) of this Court to ensure that the entire deficit court fees is paid before disbursing the amount. The Civil Application is allowed accordingly and disposed of.
