The learned counsel for the parties namely the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed a joint pursis duly signed by them indicating the arrangement that would operate in the matter of the land provided by the petitioner to the Board for erection of its facility center.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said consent terms. The same would bind the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 2.
