DATE : OCTOBER 18, 2016 The petitioner has approached this Court contending therein that on account of technical error in the Bank, his tender could not be submitted during the prescribed period.

In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3, it is stated that eight persons have submitted their tenders within the prescribed period. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any case is made out for interference in the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is, therefore, rejected. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE kahale
