Present appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 18/03/2021 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.95/2015.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.2837 OF 2022 Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 18/03/2021 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.95/2015. 2.

Learned Counsel Ms Athalye submitted that the principle amount is already deposited in the reference Court.

On depositing the interest amount along with

44.fa.994.22.odt statutory benefits within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
