I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the record from which it reveals that the trial is already commenced. 10 witnesses are already examined; however, it also reveals that DNA report is not received.

As I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after DNA report is received.

Considering the fact that the applicant is arrested on 23/3/2019, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose it of at earliest.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move before the Court after DNA report is received, if trial is not concluded.
