02nd August, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the defendants be restrained from creating any third-party rights in the suit property. The suit was filed for partition and separate possession which was decreed by the trial Court. The appellate Court by allowing the appeal has dismissed the suit.

Ad interim relief was granted on 15th March, 2016. As the respondents are in possession of the suit property, they are restrained from creating any thirdparty rights in the same during pendency of the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of.
