Both learned Counsel are in agreement on the point of that there has been inadvertent mistake in mentioning the amount in the order dated 13.04.2023. 3.

In view of above, the amount of 'Rs.15,000/-' be corrected as 'Rs.50,000/-' in paragraph 2 of the said order.
