C.A.F. NO.1445/2018 Considering the facts of the case, interim order in terms of prayer clause (a) of the civil application is granted, however, on condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount as per impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 23rd July, 2018. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate from 24th July, 2018 and the respondents / claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.
