Civil Application [F] No.1998/2019 Learned advocate for appellant seeks permission to deposit the cheque with regard to balance decreetal amount in terms of order dated 9.7.2018. Permission is granted to deposit the said cheque within a period of one week.

In view of the statement made above, on depositing the decreetal amount, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10.1.2014 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.238/2008 during the pendency of appeal.

With this order, Civil Application stands disposed of. On depositing the decreetal amount by the appellant, respondent no.1 shall be at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the said amount.
