The learned counsel for the applicant submits that other accused persons have been released on bail by the trial Court and therefore, he wants to move application for grant of bail before the trial Court afresh and in that view of the matter he seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

The permission is granted. If such application is filed, the learned trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
