O R D E R

(Dated 08/02/2020) Both the parties along with their Advocates are present. Both the parties have amicably settled their claim in full and final settlement. The appellant - National Insurance Co.Ltd. has deposited an amount of Rs.17,73,027/- (Rs. Seventeen lakhs seventy three thousand and twenty seven only) in the Registry of the High Court, Nagpur, whereas respondent No.7 - Bharti Axa General Insurance Co.Ltd. has deposited 50% of the decreetal amount with the MACT, Bhandara. The appellant - National Insurance Co.Ltd. shall be entitled to withdraw 50% out of Rs.17,73,027/- along with accrued interest and remaining 50% shall be paid to respondent Nos.1 to 4, with accrued interest. The admissible Court fees be refunded as per the Rules. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
