By this application, the petitioner wants to raise certain additional grounds by way of amendment to the petioin, which is strongly opposed by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 on the ground that, it will change the nature of the petition. 3.

As the petition is not yet admitted, I am of the opinion that such opportunity to raise the additional grounds, be given to the petitioner, subject to keeping the objection raised by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 open and to be considered at the time of final disposal of the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks, from today.
