Pooja Vinod Ingle. Said accused no.2 shall be released on bail on her executing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- [rupees fifteen thousand only] with a surety in the like amount. Said

applicant-accused shall mark her presence with Borgaon Manju Police Station, Taluka & Distt. Akola, on the first day of each month initially for a period of three months and thereafter every alternate month, pending appeal. Application of Original Accused No.1 - Vinod Shashikant ingle stands dismissed.
