27/04/ The present application is filed by appellants for deleting the name of respondent No.2 as she expired on 15/01/2023. It is claimed by appellants that they are the only legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.2. However, respondent No.1 is also claiming to be the legal representative of respondent No.2. In view thereof, only permission to delete the name of respondent No.2 is sought. In view of the above facts, the application is allowed. 2.

Permission is granted to delete the name of respondent No.2 from the array of respondents. 3.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
