By this application, the applicants have requested to restore Criminal Application No. 1108 of 2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 29th January, 2015.

Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to dismissal of the Criminal Application No. 1108 of 2010 satisfactory, Criminal Application No. 1108 of 2010 is restored to its file.
