Initially, this Court has granted interim protection by way of interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 17.05.2022 which is prevailing till date. 3.

Learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that during pendency of this appeal, the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore, he seeks for withdrawal with liberty to apply to the Sessions Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

The interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2022 shall remain in force for the period of three weeks from today.

The learned Sessions Court shall endeavor to decide the application, within said period.
