Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner reached to the age of superannuation and therefore, prayer for pensionary benefits is required to be added alongwith other events post filing of the petition.

The application formally opposed by the respondents. 4.

Considering the age of superannuation of the petitioner and prayers for amendment, amendment is allowed. The amendment be carried out within two weeks. 5.

Amended copy be supplied to the respondents.
