On 9.7.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ukey for the appellant/State, submitted that he got an unconfirmed information about death of respondent No.1-Yogesh Raut; respondent No.2-Vyankatesh Mudliyar; respondent No.5-Sachin Kamble, and respondent No.7-Nagorao Lande, and prayed for a week's time to make a statement in that respect.

Today, when the present appeal was called out, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ukey for the appellant/State, submitted that he has written instructions from Police Inspector, Wardha (City) that respondent Nos.1, 2, 5, and 7 have expired.

Copy of the said written instructions is taken on record along with it connected documents and marked the .....2/-
