Though the appellant was served on 17th June, 2019 on notice to engage another counsel as per this Court's order dated 15th February, 2019, appellant was failed to engage another counsel in the present matter. Thereafter the matter was listed before this Court on many occasions but none appeared.

Today, when the matter was called out none appeared on behalf of appellant. It appears that the appellant is not serious in pursuing the present second appeal.

Second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
