The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the communication dated 15.04.2022 issued by the respondent no.4 to the respondent no.2 wherein the respondent no.4 had prayed for registration of offences against the petitioner no.1-Company.

Pursuant thereto, investigation was commenced by the respondent no.3. In the reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3 it has been stated in paragraph 6 that the respondent no.3 has informed the respondent no.4Complainant that the dispute in question is of a civil nature and hence he is free to invoke appropriate jurisdiction for redressal of his grievances. In view of the statements made in paragraph 6 of the affidavit-in-reply, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the purpose of filing the present proceedings has been served. In view of aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of.
