Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that the manner in which swiftness has been shown by respondent No. 5 in moving the machinery to get name of the concern person mutated, shows that illegalities have been committed. She contends that in absence of satisfactory material, name has been recorded. She further invited our attention to the representation made by her to the concerned authorities in the month of January, 2025 (page 42). 3.

Considering the argument and record of the case, we are of the prima facie view, that illegalities have been committed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5. However, in order to given one chance to respondent authorities to correct the mistake and to take appropriate action against the guilty persons, we direct respondent authorities to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in January 2025 within six weeks from today.
