The prayer is to restrain respondent no.4 from participating in election for the post of Sarpanch. Submission is she is employee and, therefore, disqualified. The learned A.G.P. has pointed out that certificate showing her status as employee has been procured by petitioners on 8.4.2015 and election has been announced on 30.4.2015.

We, therefore, find that this Court is being approached at fag end when the election is to be conducted on 8.5.2015. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Without observing anything on the merits of the matter and leaving all contentions open, we dispose of Writ Petition. No costs. Judge Judge J.
