Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Perused the statement of the victim. Seen the medical evidence. The applicant is in jail since 30-11-2014.

That being so, I make the following order :

Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.324 of 2015 is allowed.

B] The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

C] The applicant shall not enter the boundary of Gittikhadan, Nagpur till the trial is over.
