Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Today the matter is fixed for hearing on Criminal Application No. 339/2020 for suspension of sentence and enlargement of accused on bail. Already similar application moved under Section 389 of the Criminal Procedure Code was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2019 and thus this is a second attempt.

Since R & P has been received, the appellant can finally argue the matter at this stage itself. Upon instructions, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is ready to argue the matter finally on 22.09.2020.

Paper book is hereby dispensed with. The appellant submitted that private paper book is ready. The appellant is permitted to file private paper book within two days from today. The matter is fixed for final hearing on 22.09.2020, put on the board accordingly. Criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
