Heard Mr.S.P.Palshikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Bharti Dangre, learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
Mrs.Bharti Dangre, learned Government Pleader, upon instructions, states that objections have been invited within fifteen days and after receipt of the objections, the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
Mr.S.P.Palshikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that, in view of the statement aforementioned, intervention of the Court may not be necessary.
In view of the above developments, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition.
