Heard.
The applicants (real brothers) are arrested on 20th April, 2016 in crime registered against them for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The crime is registered on the complaint of Laxman that both the accused have assaulted him by cricket bat and chopper as the complainant had abducted the mother of the accused 15 years ago.
The applicants claim that they are Labourers and are not involved in any crime / offence. The investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed on 12th July, 2016. The non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.
Considering the nature of the incident and the facts of the case, the following order is passed: The applicants having been arrested in Crime
2 ba383.17 No.114/2016 registered by the non-applicant, they be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) each and on furnishing one solvent surety for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) for each of the applicant.
The application is allowed accordingly.
