Considering the statements made in the application supported by affidavit, the order dated 25.06.2021 is recalled and the proceedings are restored to file. The civil application is disposed of. CAO No.140/2018 and M.C.A.St.No.2333/2017 in SA No.412/2003(D) I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds of review.

The grounds urged would amount to re-hearing of the Second Appeal which would not be permissible in review jurisdiction. In absence of any error apparent on the face of the record, I am not inclined to exercise review jurisdiction. The civil applications are dismissed accordingly.
