The original informant suo motu appeared through Advocate Narendra Upwas and sought permission to assist the prosecution. Permission granted as prayed. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant requested to add original informant as a party in the appeal. Already original informant has appeared in the suo motu proceeding. Therefore, there is no necessity to issue notice, however to complete the record applicant is permitted to make original informant as a party respondent no. 2.

The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

2 7 appa 342.2020 submitted that one of the villager has filed N.C. report against the applicant no.1-Manish Karemore. He is requested to file copy of N.C. report on record and supply it to other side so as to see its nexus with the existing proceedings.

Interim relief to continue till the disposal of appeal.
