The proposed Arbitrator Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo (Former Judge of Bombay High Court) has consented to act as an Arbitrator and has also forwarded the disclosure statement.

Accordingly, Shri Justice Rohit B.Deo, Former Judge, Bombay High Court, is appointed as Arbitrator. 4.
