The only direction that was issued to respondent No.1 is to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27/3/2019 and take a decision in accordance with law. We find that the said order is clear and further clarification is not called for. Needless to state the any party aggrieved by the consequence of the representation being decided is free to avail legal remedy. 2] The Civil Application is disposed of.
