Nobody for petitioner. There was no appearance on 23.3..2016 and 1.4.2016. The matter has been shown on board as part heard.

It appears that in W.P.No.4185/03 identical challenge was involved. This court has disposed of that petition on 27.11.2007 after noticing that only in academic year 2003-03 intake capacity of students was brought down to 30 from 50. In a communication dated 21.2.2007 produced by learned counsel for health university there, it was seen that for academic year 2002-03 that intake capacity of 50 was restored, therefore petition was rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

In present matter, there is no appearance even for respondent no.2 health university.

wp4532-03 In this situation, we dismiss writ petition for want of prosecution.
