From perusal of the petition, we find that no final decision has been taken by the Superintendent of Central Prison, Nagpur Central Jail, Nagpur based on the opinion of the learned Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli.

2] Therefore, in this petition, all that we can do is to direct the Superintendent to take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible. 3] The petition is disposed of by issuing the said direction.
